Mile High Run Club is NYC’s first dedicated studio for running. They offer daily coached group treadmill classes and endurance focused strength training. Their program challenges the body differently than simply getting a few miles in. Expertly structured intervals and smart purposeful training guarantee you will reach your goals more quickly at MHRC. This evening's featured class is Dash 28! This class provides a foundation for runners of all levels with about 28 minutes of structured intervals followed by 10 minutes of strength plus power training with kettlebells.
